Where can I buy quality souvenirs and keepsakes to remember my stay?

Dear Guest, kindly note that we have shopping arcade, including souvenir shop near the reception

Do you provide me with a towels on the beach and the pools?

Dear Guest, kindly note that upon check in you will receive one towel card per person. This card will allow you to exchange it to the fresh beach/pool towel daily

What is check in/check out time?

Standard check-in time – 14:00

Check-out time – 12:00 (noon)

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Dear Guest, Kindly note that we have GYM room, Which includes all type of sport equipment ( bike, running machine, butterfly, etc…). Gym Room located the at the Spa and operated from 09:00 Until 19:00 

Do you have a business center?

Yes We have Business Center

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

We have secured car parking for our esteemed guests free of charge

How do I get to the hotel?

You can order a hotel taxi from the airport to the hotel. Just email us your flight details. Kindly note that this service is against fee

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

Yes, upon check-in you must submit your passport/ID
